Lost save?

I had to take my phone in to a store to get it fixed. (It wouldn’t turn on fully)
They said it was because it wasn’t updated in a while, and they said everything should’ve been on my cloud.
They essentially had to wipe the phone, but when I downloaded pocket mortys again my campaign and online data was gone?
Anyone know if there’s any way to fix this?
