Cup Morty, Cup Morty, where the hell art thou Cup Morty -

This is literally the only one I've never seen or challenged, even in the possession of trainers. I've tried everything from wasting coupons to winning more badges than I should be prepared to admit I've gained to get one, and nothing. So, does anyone actually have one, or know of anything else I can try? I know it's just a game, but I'd like something to show for my time-wasting anyway. TIA for answers
