my egg morty is level 21..hasn't hatched!

so i got my egg morty to level 21 and hes still an egg, i defeated the council and got my portal gun back, won headism games, and mostly used the bootcamp to level him up to 15 and then grinded the rest. what the hell? did i do something, complete something that prevents him from hatching. please someone let me know!

Hey, the morty will hatch if youre at the citadel. If you were in a dimension and it reached level twenty one without being at the citadel. Go to the citadel and level it up with a Level Up Seed, then it will turn into the one true morty
